Join us for Open Gym! A free exploration time where you can “Choose Your Own Adventure” in our gymnasium. Practice skills from classes, try new apparatuses, or join us for games and obstacle courses!

CURRICULUM
You do not need to be a student at Firestorm to attend an Open Gym. All Open Gyms, both for Kids and Adults, are only $15! But it gets even better. If you a Firestorm member (enrolled in classes) then any Open Gym is only a Single Dollar! You can also purchase an Open Gym Monthly pass for $75.
This is an hour of open free time for students and non-students alike to have an opportunity to train with friends and on their own, choosing how and on what they want to practice. This gives students the extra time to work on tricks and techniques they have learned in classes. This is a great way to practice a new skill or technique in a safe environment. Games, obstacle courses, and other activities are also offered during this time.

We are trained to teach people of all ages and fitness levels to learn this exciting new movement and art form.
