Our trampoline is the most powerful training tool we use at Firestorm. It will help you develop the much needed body control, spatial and aerial awareness needed for big flips and acrobatics. We utilize the trampoline to help students refine their body control midair.
We break our students into colored Ranks, similar to the colored belt system of martial arts. Signified by a wristband or hero shirt.

Trampolines are used by professional acrobats, extreme sports practitioners, and people who want to have fun. The trampoline helps everyone gain mastery over their bodies in extreme situations. High divers, skiers, snowboarders, surfers, cheerleaders and acrobats all take advantage of the trampoline in order to improve flips, spins and twists.
One of the newest and most popular additions to modern Cirque shows in the past decade is the Wall Trampoline. Wall trampoline focuses on learning to use the walls surrounding the trampoline in order to create additional spins, flips, and tricks for a flashier performance. Luckily for everyone, we also train Wall Trampoline during our trampoline classes.
Trampoline classes focus on two primary areas of training: Gymnastics Bed and Trampwall.
Gymnastics Bed: The bouncy webbing of a trampoline is know as its bed. The bed of the trampoline is used to refine body control, creating the strength and awareness for high jumps spins and flips. This is where you learn everything from jumps to back flips.
Trampwall: After a strong foundation has been laid in gymnastics bed skills it's time to introduce the wall. The Trampwall gives students a full 3-D playground to use with the power of the Gymnastics bed. Students learn to run up and down the Trampwall, creating spins and flips onto and off of the Trampwall platform. The shredded abs and cardiovascular endurance upgrades come standard with Trampwall training.
