This class is for everyone who wants to grow stronger. Compared to most strength building routines that grow stale when you go to the gym, this strength and conditioning class will give you the building blocks to grow stronger anytime, anywhere. We utilize a careful mixture of body calisthenics and plyometrics with a focus on gymnastic form to bring you a very accessible and challenging workout regimen.
We break our students into colored Ranks, similar to the colored belt system of martial arts. Signified by a wristband or hero shirt.

This class gives you that full hour workout that you've been needing to take your skills and endurance to the next level. Coaches have planned out exercises/stretches that will benefit getting a longer handstand, better inversions for Aerial Acrobatics, middle splits, and more!
